Scott was a member of RockErin Kennels training staff from 2011-2013. Scott hails from Leawood, Kansas. He attended Benedictine College, Atkinson, KS and Kansas State University. Scott spent 10 years employed as head trainer of pointers and retrievers on prestigious wildlife hunting resorts in west Kansas and west Colorado. Scott’s duties also included organizing and guiding upland and waterfowl hunts and entertaining guests from the United States and other countries.

The RockErin training program was highly successful in producing multiple successes with Chesapeake retrievers in AKC hunt tests and AKC field trials while Chris was assistant trainer at RockErin.
Chris was assistant trainer at RockErin for almost eight years (2003 – 2011) before he moved to North Carolina to train Labradors to serve in Afghanistan protecting our brave troops. Chris was a great help and contributed to the success of many dogs competing in hunt tests and field trials during his time at RockErin. We wish him all the best in his new position.
