1. Stud fee must be paid in full at drop-off of bitch or, with express
permission of RockErin Kennels (stud dog owner), within forty-nine (49) days after the
whelping date.
2. A guarantee of actual mating (natural or artificial) and tie(s) (natural mating)
only is made and not of pregnancy or of puppies living or dead.
3. Three or more live-born or dead-born puppies at time of whelping (either natural or
induced) constitute a litter and satisfy the stud fee.
4. One or two pups born live or dead at time of whelping (either natural or induced)
shall receive a prorated stud fee of $______ per pup.
5. The owner(s) or agent(s) of the bitch shall pay a per diem charge of $_____ while
the bitch is at RockErin Kennels.
6. Where applicable, the owner(s) or agent(s) of the bitch shall pay a pick-up fee of
$_____ to RockErin or its agent for airport pickup, delivery and return of the bitch to
the airport.
7. If the prearranged stud dies, is sold, or otherwise not available, RockErin has the
right to mate the bitch with another RockErin stud, RockErin’s choice, unless both
parties agree mutually on another choice.
8. If a puppy is to be received instead of cash stud fee, I or an agent for RockErin
shall have first choice of litter at age of 8 weeks. In lieu of cash stud fee and only for
this, one puppy constitutes a litter and if there is only one puppy, regardless of sex,
this puppy shall constitute my (RockErin) choice of litter. If no puppies survive to age
of 8 weeks, ( (RockErin) have the postponed right to receive full cash stud fee as covered
above under Item 3 and 4.
9. All conditions stated herein apply to the bitch and are not affected by change of
ownership of bitch.
10. It is specifically agreed herein that the owner (or their agent) of the stud shall
not sign application for registration of this litter until and unless the stud fee (and
other fees) ha s been paid in full. In case of a puppy fee, the stud owner shall not sign
litter registration application papers until RockErin has possession of puppy or puppies
as agreed to and specifically under Stud Service Agreement.
11. RockErin Kennels has the right to select natural or artificial mating on any bitch
regardless of stud dog used.
12. The owner must show proof that the bitch is current on vaccinations (Rabies etc),
has been shown to be brucellosis negative within 30 days before mating, and has OFA and
CERF certification documents.
