We feel that in order for your retriever to be properly trained, and excel in competition or hunting, they need to be worked in a variety of settings.  Besides the RockErin Retriever Training Complex, we have access to thousands of acres of prime training grounds.  Rolling hills, flat pastures with subtle changes, low grazed down fields, tall cover, big water, small water.  You name it and your dog will see it during his time at RockErin. 

These are a few of the ponds we're building at the RockErin Training Grounds. We will also post other areas that we lease for training for time to time.

Breaktime on the Lovell-East training pond!

The RockErin Training Grounds are located about 20 minutes East of Stillwater, OK near Lone Chimney Lake.  This area has abundant waterfowl and with the help of the Payne County Conservation Association these ponds should produce some wonderful hunting upon completion.  For hunt information contact Joseph at (405) 377-0912.

The Training Grounds will also be used for training seminars, hunt tests, as well as other local retriever club activities.
